What We Focus On

At Duma Foundation, we understand that mental health is interconnected with physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. We recognize the diverse spectrum of mental health disorders and the unique needs of each individual. By categorizing these disorders and understanding their relatedness and treatment considerations, we are working tirelessly to design effective and tailored facilities and recovery programs. Therefore, our approach is holistic, addressing the body, mind, and soul:
BODY

We aim to collaborate with other organisations to provide safe havens for women and children through our safe-houses, offer- ing rehabilitation facilities for individuals struggling with drug and alcohol addiction, and establishing psychiatric and psychoeducational care facilities for an array of disorders.

MIND

We aim to collaborate with health professionals in offering specialized programs and support for various mental health disorders including; mood disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma-related disorders, psychotic disorders, neurodevel- opmental disorders, personality disorders, substance-related disorders, eating disorders, and sleep disorders.

SOUL

Guided by the doctrine of God we aim to collaborate with faith based organisations to creating spaces for reflection, prayer, and spiritual rejuvenation, recogniz- ing the importance of inner peace and spiritual connected- ness in the journey towards healing.
