Our mission is to offer accessible and sustainable mental health services and support to vulnerable communities across South Africa. We recognize that mental health affects everyone, regardless of age, race, or sexuality, and we are dedicated to helping individuals in need, no matter their background.
A society where mental health is destigmatized, self-care is prioritized, and help-seeking is encouraged without judgment or shame.
We aim to collaborate with other organisations to provide safe havens for women and children through our safe-houses, offer- ing rehabilitation facilities for individuals struggling with drug and alcohol addiction, and establishing psychiatric and psychoeducational care facilities for an array of disorders.
We aim to collaborate with health professionals in offering specialized programs and support for various mental health disorders including; mood disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma-related disorders, psychotic disorders, neurodevel- opmental disorders, personality disorders, substance-related disorders, eating disorders, and sleep disorders.
Guided by the doctrine of God we aim to collaborate with faith based organisations to creating spaces for reflection, prayer, and spiritual rejuvenation, recogniz- ing the importance of inner peace and spiritual connected- ness in the journey towards healing.
